Sara Rodriguez, RN has been an RN for over 19 years, with 15 years experience in long-term care. Rodriguez has been a Director of Nursing for Skilled Nursing Facilities, an RN Nurse Consultant for Assisted Living Facilities and Skilled Nursing Facilities and an RN Nurse Manager for Hospice. She has worked in mulitple long-term care roles at Lutheran Social Services in her five years with the agency.

John Berkely, Senior Vice President for Senior Services is responsible for overseeing the operations of all Lutheran Social Services senior residential facilities, adult day care and services to the poor. Berkely has 17 years in the senior health care industry. He earned a bachelor’s degree in health policy and administration at Penn State University. Berkely joined LSS in 2003.
